**2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS**
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
**3. SHIPPING METHOD**
All orders are shipped via **Royal Mail Special Delivery**, which includes:
• Next-day delivery (1-2 business days)
• Tracking number for all orders
• Signature required upon delivery
• Secure, insured delivery
• Temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity
**4. SHIPPING COSTS**
• Standard Shipping: **£8.99** per order
• **FREE SHIPPING** on all orders over **£150**
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.
**5. PROCESSING TIME**
• Orders are processed within **24 hours** of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched
• Tracking information will be provided via email

• Delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)

• If you're not available, Royal Mail will leave a card for collection or redelivery

**9. DELIVERY ISSUES**
**Delayed Delivery**
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check the tracking information
2. Contact Royal Mail customer service
3. Email us at info@pureformulations.co.uk
We will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.
**Failed Delivery Attempts**
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel:
• They will leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions
• You have 18 days to collect from your local Post Office
• After 18 days, uncollected parcels are returned to us
**Incorrect Address**
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
• Delivery may be delayed or fail
• Additional charges may apply for redelivery
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
**10. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS**
**Lost Parcels**
If your parcel is lost in transit:
• Contact us at info@pureformulations.co.uk
• We will investigate with Royal Mail
• If confirmed lost, we will reship your order or provide a full refund
**Damaged Parcels**
If your parcel arrives damaged:
• Do not accept delivery if packaging is visibly damaged
• Take photos of the damage
• Contact us immediately at info@pureformulations.co.uk
• We will arrange a replacement or refund
You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
**11. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS**
Orders may be undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect address
• Recipient unavailable for signature
• Refused delivery
• No collection after failed delivery
For undeliverable orders returned to us:
• We will contact you to arrange redelivery
• Additional shipping charges may apply
• Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs
**12. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES**
As we ship within the UK only, no customs or import duties apply.
**13. TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY**
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive. Our packaging maintains appropriate temperatures during transit. Upon receipt:
• Store peptides immediately at -20°C
• Do not leave at room temperature
• Follow storage instructions on product labels
**14. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT**
All orders require a signature upon delivery for security. If you will not be available:
• Arrange for someone to receive the delivery
• Or collect from your local Post Office after a failed delivery attempt
**15. BUSINESS ADDRESSES**
If shipping to a business address:
• Ensure someone is available to sign during business hours
• Provide complete business address details
• Include recipient name and department if applicable
**16. PO BOX ADDRESSES**
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
